Order Prepayment Policy
All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping. We do not offer net 30day accounts. You can pay thru Paypal or thru Credit Card.
Responsibility for Customer Fraud
All responsibility for customer fraud, including customers who chargeback purchases, is with the retailer. No matter whether the retailers customer disputes a transaction or not, as the reatiler you
are responsible to pay for any product that ships.
Responsibility for Packages Lost in Transit
Our responsibility for the merchandise ends when the carrier accepts it for delivery. As soon as the item is in possession of a carrier such as Fedex, UPS or the US Postal service,
it is no longer our responsibility.
As such any items lost in transit are the responsibility of the retailer and the retailer will need to issue and pay for a reship. For this reason we suggest that the retailer use
insured methods of delivery and require signatures - however that is a business decision of the retailer.
Please be aware, that in some situations we may offer a single complimentary reship at our discretion.
Returns Processing Policy
As the retailer your returns policy is your business. In order for you to be credited back for returned merchandise, you or your customer must return the merchandise to us or our authorized distribution warehouses within 30 days of receipt.
Specific instructions will be on the packing slip for each package shipped.
Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, unless the item shipped was an error on behalf of our distribution warehouses. Retailers customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees and we do not issue credits against return shipping fees - only for the wholesale value of any merchandise received less restocking fees.
Returns Lost In Transit
Any returns lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer. The retailer will not be credited back for returns if they do not arrive in acceptable condition, or if they do not arrive at all.
