Is there a fee to use your dropship service?

Yes, there is a $249 application fee that is refundable if we decline your application. Then after there is a monthly service fee of $74.98 for you to receive our data updates.

Why do I have to pay for you to dropship my products?

There are significant costs associated with the maintenance and upkeep of our databases and product information. Our product information is not free and there is a license fee for use. We also provide you with an order entry service and we dropship from over 28 distribution warehouses and partners within the United States. Again there is a cost associated with setting up and maintaining our infrastructure.

Do you charge a transaction fee?

Yes, we charge a transaction fee equivalent to 5% of the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) of the products sold. We also charge any merchant credit card or paypal fees that we are charged to process your orders.

Can i use your service with StoresOnline.com (Stores Online)?

Yes, you can use the data with Stores Online. You will be provided with a data export in deeperCalling Export Format. You can then use whatever package you need with Stores Online to upload the data we provide into your Stores Online store. Note, you are responsible for any fees and charges levied by StoresOnline for the maintenance of your StoresOnline store.

Can i use your service with eBay ProStores?

Yes, you can use the data with eBay ProStores. You will be provided with a data export in deeperCalling Export Format. You can then use whatever package you need with eBay ProStores to upload the data we provide into your ProStore. Note, you are responsible for any fees and charges levied by ProStores for the maintenance of your ProStore.

Can i use your service with an Open Source Store?

Yes, you can use the data with most open source eCommerce Stores. You will be provided with a data export in deeperCalling Export Format. You can then use whatever package you need to load this data into your Open Source Store. Note, you are responsible for any fees and charges levied by your website hosting company for the hosting and maintenance of your store.

Can i just press a button and have all my data loaded into my new store?

Probably not. We provide you with data in our standard deeperCalling Export Format. This is a TSV (Tabbed Separated Value) Format file. It is more than likely that you will need to manipulate or reformat the data to successfully import it into any third party package. It is your responsibility to determine what steps you will need to take to complete the data import process. You should be able to preview the data using Microsoft Excel - and from there make decisions about what, if any, reformatting or manipulation will be needed.

How do i calculate shipping?

Shipping options vary per distribution center. As products can be located in various distribution centers, shipping can vary significantly. Some distribution centers offer Super-Saver Ground, others offer US Postal Service, UPS, Fedex or a combination. If calculating shipping options is a hassle for you, then you can use one of our pre-built stores which contains all the necessary shipping calculators you need, or you can elect to download only those products that you can easily calculate shipping for. We will be more than happy to walk you through the various shipping options so that you can determine the easiest route forwards.

Do you provide a service where you will load the data into my store for me?

No, we will provide you with a data export, but we do not offer consulting on how to use other vendors packages. For help with store systems such as eBay ProStores or Stores Online you will need to contact the vendor directly. For help with open source products such as osCommerce, Zencart or Magento you will need to hire a qualified open source specialist.

What if im not using Stores Online, ProStores or an Open Source Store - Can you suggest other options for me to use?

Yes, we can give you a complimentary online store with your dropship account. Your store will be pre-setup with all your dropship data and you can avoid the hassle of having to upload data into your own store by having us do it all for you. At no extra charge!
(Complimentary store is provided at our Bronze Store level package. you may upgrade to other packages as needed for an additional monthly fee).

Are there any restrictions on what i can do with the data you provide me?

Yes - you are purchasing a license to use the data, not the permanent rights to the data. There are significant restrictions on what you can do with the data. These restrictions include but are not limited to the following:

• You may only use the data on 1 website - your own personal or corporate website.
• You may not give the data, sell the data or trade the data to any third party organization under any circumstances without our prior written consent.
• You may not make the data available online in a way that allows third parties to download it.
• You may not represent that the data is your own.
• You may not make derivative works on the data and provide those derivatives to any third party.

Data is generally made available for download between the hours of 12 midnight and 6am EST. Access to generating data downloads is not provided outside of those hours.

Can i see a sample of the data?

Yes, below is a sample of the data. Use it for testing purposes, but dont try to sell any of the products as this is strictly testing data only!
